Pending Shoulder Pain Pump Lawsuit is One of Many
Since
June 2009, Laura Ashworth and her ex-husband Jeffery Ashworth have been seeking
compensation for the injuries and losses they claim to have experienced as a
result of using the I-Flow Corporation's On-Q Painbuster pain pump.
According
to official court documents, Laura Ashworth had two shoulder surgeries in 2006.
It was during the second surgery that physicians implanted an I-Flow Pain Pump
